The Compensation Committee conducted a thorough review of HCC’s compensation practices for full-time and adjunct faculty members, compared to the other local community colleges. They raised issues that they see with those practices and recommended areas of focus for the upcoming academic year. The report can be viewed in full below. An HCC education has a profound and direct impact on both the city of Houston and its citizens. At one-fifth the cost of Texas universities, HCC makes higher education a reality for tens of thousands of Houston-area residents every year.
