Transformation Analysis (Position Paper of the Senate)

In May, the Senate met as a Committee of the Whole to workshop the tenure of Chancellor Maldonado, specifically with regards to the initiative known as Transformation.  We present these findings now as a position paper:

It is the Senate’s hope that this paper serve as a guide to the Board and to the other members of the eventual Chancellor Search Committee in terms of what sort of thinking would be most beneficial to the College going forward.
