We are pleased to report that the Board voted a net 7.5% pay increase (step plus 5.5% for full-time faculty, 7.5% increase for part-time/overload pay) as part of a projected two-year adjustment in salaries. Senior Administration officials have said their goal is to request at least the same for next year as well (FY2025). This is within 1% of the Senate’s stated goal over two years, and we are reasonably satisfied at this time. The Senate thanks all those who have worked so hard towards making this increase a reality, and thanks both the Board and the Administration for their support.
