Our Senate Committees are beginning to convene at this point. Generally, the first meeting of the year is to elect a chair and other officers, and to receive the charge from the Senate President. Of course, any Committee is at liberty to modify and/or disregard the President's charges, as their official duties are outlined in
The Compensation Committee conducted a thorough review of HCC's compensation practices for full-time and adjunct faculty members, compared to the other local community colleges.
